Fire Magic warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and conditions for the following periods: Cast stainless steel burners, stainless steel cooking grids and stainless steel housing for the lifetime of the user; brass valves, inner liners, manifold assemblies, porcelain housings, and backburner assemblies (excluding ignition and electronic parts) for fifteen (15) years; flavor grids and infrared burners on the grill for five (5) years; side burners and other Fire Magic grill components (excluding ignition and electronic parts) for three (3) years; and ignition systems (except batteries), electronic components (including lights and thermometers), and grill accessories for one (1) year. Labor is included for two (2) years up to $120. Refer to manufacturers manual for full warranty details.
What You Need to Know Before Buying this Product
Thirty-five years in outdoor living has taught me one thing: cheap equipment costs people more by summer three than premium equipment costs up front.
Every category we carry has an entry-level version and a premium version. It's true of the grill heads. It's true of the doors, drawers, and storage. It's true of the sinks, the refrigeration, and any component that sees weather year-round. The entry-level versions use thinner steel, shorter welds, and stamped parts. The premium versions use 304 stainless at a minimum (316L on coastal and high-humidity builds), fabricated construction, and parts rated for real outdoor ambient conditions. Every component is serviceable. You replace parts, not the unit.

Most improvements don't come close.

When will my grill ship, and how long does delivery take?
Most built-in grills ship within 3 to 5 business days of order confirmation. Ground freight to your region typically takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on location. We confirm a delivery window before the truck leaves the dock and coordinate a liftgate drop at a scheduled time. Tracking is provided the day the order leaves the warehouse.
Do you handle installation, or do I need my own contractor?
We do not install directly. We give you a pre-install prep list specific to your grill, coordinate with your contractor on gas, electrical, and ventilation requirements, and stay on the phone during install if needed. Most clients use a local plumber or outdoor-kitchen installer and call us when a question comes up.
What happens if I pick the wrong grill for my space?
The Right Product Guarantee applies as long as the grill has not been opened, installed, or used and is in the manufacturer's original packaging. We make the exchange or return right — no restocking fees, no return-freight games. That guarantee is why we ask so many questions before the order goes in.
Can this grill be converted between natural gas and propane?
For most of our brands, yes — conversion kits are available and often included or low-cost. Some models are sold as dedicated-fuel and cannot be converted. Tell us the fuel source at your home and we will specify the right configuration before the order is placed.
How does the warranty hold up in my climate?
The manufacturer warranty is the same nationwide. What varies is how fast certain components age in hard water, salt air, or high UV. We match stainless grade (304 vs 316), burner alloy, and firebox thickness to your climate before recommending a grill, so the warranty is rarely what you end up needing.
What does lifetime support actually mean?
For as long as you own the grill: parts sourcing, warranty claims with the manufacturer, troubleshooting calls, and seasonal maintenance advice. You do not re-enter a support queue every time something comes up. You call us, we handle it.
