30 minutes with a Senior Partner. Bring photos of your space with a tape measure on the ground plus the dimensions those photos capture. You leave with a direction recap, an appliance shortlist, a hand-sketch, and a committed 5-business-day turnaround on your full Blueprint.
Design
We create a layout based on your space, equipment choices, and cooking workflow. You get a clear plan with exact product recommendations and pricing.
Fabricate
Once you approve the design, we source materials and reserve your equipment. The custom island is fabricated, palletized, and shipped. Appliances can arrive with the island or a few days later depending on your timeline (always with a scheduled delivery window).
Deliver
Equipment ships direct to you. We provide installation guidance, contractor recommendations if needed, and post-delivery support.

It includes a Custom Island Layout drawn from your measurements, a 3D Rendering, and a written estimate with a 30-day price lock. There is no cost. We do this because most people who sit through a Builder's Blueprint end up buying from us. The work speaks for itself.
What should I bring to my Builder's Blueprint Session?
Space measurements (length, width, and any constraints like walls or pool edges), photos of your patio area, your budget range, and a list of appliances you are considering. The more detail you bring, the more specific our recommendations will be.
Do you design for all climates?
Yes. We have designed outdoor kitchens for desert heat, coastal salt air, mountain altitude, and everything in between. Climate affects material selection, equipment placement, and island design -- we account for all of it.
Can you work with my local contractor?
Absolutely. We provide detailed design specifications that any licensed contractor can follow. We can also recommend contractors in your area if you need one.
What happens after my Builder's Blueprint Session?
You receive your full Blueprint Package in 5 business days — a Custom Island Layout drawn from your measurements, a 3D Rendering of the finished island, an appliance specification list, and a written estimate locked at today's pricing for 30 days. Before anything enters production, we walk through the Layout and specs together on an Approval Call. You sign off. Then we build.
